
On the occasion of World Health day we invite you to participate in the conference "Enjoy taking care of" organized by the Gazte Barakaldo Bulegoa of Vegetarian Cooking Workshop, the Domigo April 11 at 18:15. Our cook Izaskun delivered Denis We provide suggestive idea to make dishes easy to prepare so you can just please the palate with ingredients of the plant world with a tasting at the end of the workshop. Also during the day there will be other workshops on healthy eating and kitchen range.
A vegetarian diet is fashionable. Concern for a healthy and balanced, and the cult of the body, are moving many to switch to the benefits of a meatless diet. The question posed by this type of power is related to any defects that may result from the lack of nutrients in animal foods.
Most organizations that monitor global health advise u na diet low in fat and high in fiber and vitamins. The World Health Organization considers that it is much healthier r educing fat intake and increasing consumption of fruits, vegetables, cereals and legumes. Most diets for patients or physicians recommend introduced almost all components of a vegetarian diet.
While a considerable amount of scientific information suggests a positive relationship between a vegetarian diet and reduced risk of many diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and colon cancer, among others, studies documenting these benefits are not conclusive and the reasons for good health has more to do with the lifestyle in general with the particular diet.
That's why a well-planned vegetarian diet can meet all the requirements of proper nutrition, but it is important to know that should have the advice of a professional so that the results are truly balanced.
A proper vegetarian diet should:
- Provide daily calories your body needs.
- Be widely varied vegetables.
- Include some animal foods like eggs, dairy and fish.
