New Workshops in September

After the success of Cathartic Breathwork workshop Bioenergetics and June, we inform you that we are preparing u n new workshop in Bilbao from September to October, this time on Saturday and Sunday, with the intention to delve into the personal accounts.

Good news for people who follow us from Gipuzkoa, and we will try to organize a workshop there, hopefully by November.

Likewise, we are open to providing other workshops such as the Interpretation of Dreams or body awareness, both in Bilbao and in other provinces. We welcome suggestions for dates and locations.

We will also continue with weekly classes in Bilbao Meditation from October.

The modus operandi is primarily divided into two sections: a branch of the association is intended to offer courses, workshops and other services designed to educate in the prevention of disease and comprehensively help people in this regard. The other section has the task of developing a research and outreach and self-consciousness of the individual.
