Health Concept

according to the WHO refers to: "... a state of complete physical, mental and social, not merely the absence of disease or disability." From our point of view we want to help improve the situation that most people have today in reference to quality of life. To do this we extend the definition given that without adequate emotional health human beings do not enjoy a state of wholeness.

We propose the practice of preventive health, helping people access to a vision of themselves more global and self-conscious life. The comprehensive health education, taking into account the human development in all areas, helps us to become more responsible for ourselves, the more aware of our capabilities and our commitment to the rest of society to function as a complete entity and harmoniously into the environment.

You can c constructing a healthier society from the individual, ie from the knowledge, development and empowerment of those characteristics that make us unique. Once we are fully entrenched in ourselves and in full knowledge of our capabilities, we can access our skills naturally leading them to the extreme.

OBJECTIVES

• Educating people with the right approach to their health needs and then involve them in collective needs.
• Provide a Psychology of Being and humanist-that is, focused on people-to regroup today trends imposed by conventional and unconventional health, that addresses the origin and not just the symptoms.
• Teach people respect for themselves and their principles.
• Provide educational information for people to acquire a better quality of life by providing effective tools so they can learn to prevent, treat and heal with their environment.
